FAQ's

Shipping 

Please allow 5-7 working days for items to be shipped. Commissions will be on a case by case nature. If you require something urgently, please contact Toni @etchedinstoneandartistry@gmail.com

All items except large originals on stretched canvas will be shipped via Australia Post. All original paintings or large commissions will be sent via courier. 

If you are an international buyer, please contact Toni via email to discuss postage. At this stage international postage is not an option at checkout. 

Commissions

Commissions are welcome. Please contact Toni via email etchedinstoneandartistry@gmail.com Please allow up to 4 months for a commission to be completed. Toni takes pride in her work and likes to make sure she complete each painting with the same amount of love and detail. If you require it sooner, this may be possible, however a 'rush on order' cost may be added

All copyright remains the artists. This means that any commission piece can be turned into prints for sale,  with the exception of art that has used personal content such as photographs. Full communication about this matter will occur before the painting process begins. 

Returns

Great care is put into the packaging process of all artwork, however in the rare event that a piece of art has been damaged in transit please contact Toni promptly via etchedinstoneandartistry@gmail.com to arrange a refund or replacement where possible. Please attach photographic evidence. All originals artworks will be sent insured. 

A refund will not be given for change of mind purchases.

Payments 

There are many options for payment at checkout , including bank card and paypal.
